Letlhogonolo Gwabeni
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Letlhogonolo Gwabeni is a founding member and managing director of Bagaisi Consulting Engineers (BCE). Ms Gwabeni holds a B-Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Tshwane University of Technology). She has extensive experience in services such as, but not limited to HVAC, wet services, fire protection, lifts and internal project management. She is enthusiastic and highly skilled in construction supervision, monitoring and project management.
Through her leadership and technical role, steady growth professionalism is realized.
Lesego
Sithole
Executive Chairman
Lesego Sithole is a founding member and executive chairman of Bagaisi Consulting Engineers (BCE). Ms Sithole holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (University of the Witwatersrand). Her interests and vast experience lie in various aspects of mechanical engineering and project management.
Through her visionary role at BCE, striving for excellence, integrity, and quality are some of the virtues achieved.

PROJECT MANAGER/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Nyaps Nyaphisi N Dip QS is a knowledgeable project manager, quantity surveyor and cost engineer with over 20 years experience. He has extensive contract management, cost estimating and contractual law experience across a diverse spectrum of disciplines within the construction and engineering industry.
Nyaps’ experience and core competencies therefore span management, construction law, first principles based cost estimates, value based and activity based costing, process excellence and earned value management.
